In the care of any metal or mirrored surface, window and glass cleaners are recommended, avaoid abrasive cleaning agents. For wood frames surrounding mirror or metal surfaces, wood furniture cleaners are recommended, applied to a cloth first, then rubbed on the frame.

I might be a midrange shopper but I search for high end looks. Our cabinet gets many compliments from visitors. We kept a protective packing piece on the corner of the mirror to use as a grip for opening it rather than grab the mirror itself. It's barely noticeable but serves the purpose.
