Received intact except that 2 glass shelves had a broken piece on one end.
Have not installed yet, so do not know if easy or not.

We searched high and low in the local stores for a cabinet that would fit in the opening in our wall. I was lucky enough to stumble across this website to find this cabinet. The fit is perfect and installation was very easy. We thought, from looking at the picture and from speaking to the representative on the phone, that there would be a mirror inside the door as well but there is not. In further research on the website, I found that it is the Deluxe model that has that feature--it's very deceiving when looking at the picture of this product. Anyway, love the cabinet,the service received, and the very quick shipping.

concerned over design challenges this was a find.
Combined design and function in one package.
Having a mirror on the inside was a benefit that wasn't even a priority. Overall very pleased.
