You need to update your on-line purchase procedure. When I placed this order I was told it was shipping Fed Ex and was given a delivery date. When it did not arrive, I called twice to be told that it shipped with a freight company.(FYI Fed ex will take up to 150lbs, this was under that). None of this informtion was updated on my account on line. I had taken the day off work to be here for delivery, I would never order from you guys again!
